Yes we do! We use DHL and Fedex to deliver throughout the UK including Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands these do incur a slightly higher delivery charge, which will be calculated at checkout based on postcode .From despatch delivery is generally next day but may occasionally be delayed by another day, this is absolutely fine all packaging is checked to 48 hours, the food may not arrive fully frozen but will still be all cold and can be popped in the freezer on receipt. Fedex is a pre-noon service and limited to 22KG, and excludes NI and Scottish Highlands.

DHL do not use freezer vans, but all food is packed in suitable packaging to stay frozen/cold for 48 hours, in extreme temperatures in the summer we may delay despatch, we cannot accept liability for defrosted food that has been delivered within the 48 hour window, please bare in mind although we do not have a minimum order, smaller orders may not arrive frozen, if extremely small orders ie less than 2kg are placed, Poochie Park will contact you to ensure you are completely happy to accept responsibility for the food not to arrive frozen.

We do not make a profit on delivery we charge what we are charged, we prefer to charge a delivery fee rather than build in ‘free’ delivery to the cost of our products.

Dry goods excluding eggs and giant sticks will be charged at £4.95

Frozen goods, eggs and giant sticks are charged by weight upto 24Kg in food is £8.75, upto 49Kg is £14.95.

We ship Monday through to Thursday, orders placed after noon may move to despatch the next day. Any orders received after noon on a Thursday will be despatched the following Monday. We can, if requested ship on a Friday, this will incur a surcharge and you would need to contact Poochie Park directly for this service, we cannot guarantee that DHL will deliver on Saturday and orders placed are at your own risk, generally their saturday service is very good, and DHL are going to be expanding into 7 days a week delivery service, details will be updated when this has been implemented.

If you download the DHL app you can track your order through this, please do not rearrange delivery of your perishable goods, any delays caused by doing this, Poochie park/DHL cannot be held responsible for and will not accept any claims for refund or replacement.
